FABRICATION

Corrosion-resistant fabrication solutions for piping systems, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers engineered to perform in aggressive and corrosive service environments. Using high-alloy steels, stainless steels, nickel alloys, and lined or clad materials, these fabrications are designed and manufactured to applicable ASME, ASTM, and international standards. Controlled welding procedures, qualified personnel, and rigorous inspection and testing ensure long-term corrosion resistance, pressure integrity, and reliable thermal performance.

Fully compliant with applicable ASME and PED requirements for pressure equipment. Documentation, material traceability, and certification are managed to ensure regulatory approval and global project acceptance.

Qualified & Controlled Weld Procedures

Rigorous Inspection & Testing

Comprehensive inspection plans including dimensional checks, material verification (PMI), hydrostatic testing, and documentation review to guarantee quality and compliance before delivery.

Qualified Testing & NDE

Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) performed by qualified personnel, including RT, UT, PT, and MT as required. Testing ensures weld integrity, pressure reliability, and corrosion resistance.
